Sound

Choose the time, optionally add a label and press Set alarm. Keep this page open and your volume on; the alarm rings at the chosen time.

How to set an online alarm

  • Pick the time you want to be alerted with the time field.
  • Optionally add a label, for example "Leave for work" or "Take out the bread".
  • Press Set alarm. The page confirms the alarm time.
  • When the time arrives the alarm rings and your label appears. Press Stop to silence it.

Keep this page open

This alarm clock runs entirely in your browser. It does not need an account or an app, but it also means the page must stay open for the alarm to ring. Keep the tab open, turn the volume up and make sure your device does not go to sleep. If the chosen time has already passed today, the alarm is set for the same time tomorrow.

When is an online alarm useful?

  • A reminder to take food out of the oven or to join a call.
  • A backup alarm for a short nap at your desk.
  • Classroom and workshop schedules.
  • A simple wake-up call on a computer you already use.

Alarm clock or timer?

Use the alarm clock when you know the clock time you want to be alerted at, for instance 15:30. Use the timer when you know how long you want to wait, for instance 25 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Will the alarm ring if I close the page?

No. Because everything runs in your browser, the tab has to stay open. Use a phone alarm if you need an alert while your device is off or locked.

Can I set several alarms?

The alarm clock holds one alarm at a time. Set a new one after the first rings, or open another tab for a second alarm.

What happens if the time has already passed today?

The alarm is set for the same time tomorrow.
